Welcome to your comfortable Classic Room. A serene sanctuary where you can fully retreat. This package has been carefully curated for a carefree solo escape and includes:

• Stay: Seven days and six nights in a luxury Classic Room.

• Nourishment: Daily gourmet breakfast and curated dinner for both guests.

• Wellness: Daily access to the award-winning Stone Spa for ultimate relaxation.

2. I am traveling alone, is that okay?

Absolutely. The majority of our guests travel solo. Our program is designed to create a safe, warm community where you will instantly feel at home, while still enjoying complete privacy in the comfort of your own Classic Sanctuary.

3. What is the level of the activities?

The activities and workshops are accessible to everyone. Whether we are taking a calming walk or engaging in a power yoga session, the goal is recovery and enjoyment, not performance. No prior experience with mindfulness or yoga is required. Please note that due to the historic nature of some locations and the terrain of our walks, certain parts of the program may not be suitable for wheelchair users. If you have any concerns regarding mobility, please feel free to reach out to us.

4. What is included in the half-board option?

Every day features a lavish breakfast buffet and a gastronomic dinner, including beverages (with the exception of spirits). We leave lunchtime open for you to discover the picturesque village of Vila Viçosa or to unwind in the hotel, giving you the freedom to follow your own rhythm.

5. What is the group size?

To guarantee personalized attention and a serene experience, we limit our journeys to an exclusive group of maximum 12 guests. This intimate setting allows us to go deeper and creates a profound sense of connection within the group.

1. Are flights and transfers included?

Your investment excludes flights and transfer costs, giving you the freedom to choose your preferred travel class and schedule. We also know from experience that many guests love to extend their trip to explore other beautiful parts of Portugal.
However, to ensure your journey is as seamless as possible, we can arrange a private transfer upon request from Lisbon Airport to the hotel (and vice versa). Simply let us know when booking, and we will ensure a chauffeur is waiting for you. Of course, you are also more than welcome to rent a car if you prefer to explore the stunning Alentejo region at your own pace.

6. Do I have to participate in every activity?

No pressure, complete freedom. Alegria Journeys centers around your renewal and listening to what your body and mind need at any given moment. If you feel called to a sleep-in or a silent moment in the spa one morning rather than joining the group activity, we invite you to honor that feeling.

However, please note that all activities, workshops, and enhancements are pre-booked and funded ahead of time. Consequently, refunds cannot be provided for any elements of the program you choose not to attend. While we embrace your freedom of choice, the investment for the full package remains unchanged.
